- 8 Oz of hot water (Leave for 5 min after boiling)
- 1. 5 Oz of your favorite milk
- 3 Ceremonial Cacao coins
- 1 Tsp of Cinnamon (or to taste)
- 1 Tbs of Honey (Or sweetener of preference)
Procedure:
- Pour the coins in a cup.
- Add the boiling water. Stir.
- If desired, add milk.
- Add the rest of ingredients and stir.
- Try, adjust to taste, set an intention and enjoy!!!
