1. General Applicability
These terms apply to all promotional campaigns, including but not limited to discount codes (coupons), automatic discounts, "Buy One Get One" offers, and seasonal sales. By participating in any promotion, the customer agrees to be bound by these specific terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.
2. Non-Cumulative Policy (Strictly Prohibited)
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by the brand, promotions and discount codes are non-cumulative. * Only one (1) discount code or promotional offer can be applied per order.

Discount codes cannot be combined with automatic "site-wide" discounts or pre-applied sale prices.

If multiple discounts are available, the system will typically apply the highest individual discount, but the customer cannot combine them to increase the total reduction.
3. Usage Limitations

Single Use: Most discount codes are limited to one use per customer (based on email and/or shipping address), unless otherwise specified.

Expiration: All offers have a strictly defined start and end date. Once a promotion expires, it cannot be reactivated, and no extensions will be granted.

Exclusions: Certain products, such as the Private Reserve or limited-batch releases, may be excluded from general site-wide promotions due to their rarity and artisanal nature.
4. Shipping and Taxes
Discount codes apply only to the value of the products and do not apply to shipping costs or taxes, unless the promotion is specifically for "Free Shipping."
5. Modification and Cancellation
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice if we suspect fraud, technical errors, or if the stock for the promotion has been exhausted. In the event of an order cancellation or return, only the actual amount paid by the customer will be refunded (discounts are not refundable as cash).
