As a baker I’m really appreciate the quality and taste of this cacao. I use it to create deep and silky ganaches for my French macarons and it is an incredible product.

Just as expected! I had already bought 2 of the 1 pound bags off Amazon so I figured I would go directly to the source and get a 5lb bag this time. I have been taking 2 different blood pressure meds for over a decade but I recently got off them. The only thing I changed was taking 3 cacao discs daily. If you’re looking for health benefits then look no further than!

I love that i only need to use four coins. I did try sux on my first riund and it sent md to the bathroom. I learned my lesson and stayed at the starter dose. This cacao isnt as bitter as the previous brands i have tried. I added a little cinnamon to my 7 ounces if hot water and used my frother. The cacao came out perfect.

Once ny 5lb bag was delivered, i plaved it in thd fridge just in case thr couns were softened in the heat ut was shipped in. There were about 8 ice packs around my bag of cacao to orevent mting but the bags were thoughed by the time it was shipped to me. Some coins were stuck together but not so bad.

I love this stuff and cannot live without it. So, I bought in bulk! Thank you, Jose and Samoa for bringing this to us in San Diego!!

Definitely has a way different flavor profile then the Amazon CACAO. I really enjoy both kinds but my kids prefer the fruity ness.

Tsp vanilla
1/4 cup raw organic sugar

Splash of honey

I started drinking cacao to reduce my cholesterol, and it has worked spectacularly! several firms offer pure cocoa that don’t dissolve well. Others add stuff like sugar, etc. This is pure cacao and. it works wonderfully in my hot chocolate every morning!

Just tried the High Amazon paste (was using a powder previously) and the difference is night and day. So much flavor and body, more like a fine coffee. Immediately ordered a larger bag! Love that they test for heavy metals. Will try their other variety next. What a treat from a business with excellent practices.

The bulk cacao flavor is excellent. I am still working on my personal drink recipes and how to maintain sufficient heat so the cacao doesn’t harden in the cup.

I enjoy it with my morning coffee. I actually look forward to it.
