What to do at booth 520
Taste the new bars. We're launching a new line of bean-to-bar chocolate here, made without refined sugar (we sweeten with coconut sugar) and with Peruvian ingredients that grow alongside cacao.
Take the VR trip. Put on a headset and travel from Seattle to the Peruvian Amazon, to the forests where our cacao grows, in a few minutes.
Meet the cacao. We work directly with family farms in Peru. Jose has worked with these families for about ten years, and our ceremonial cacao, nibs, and raw beans all come from them.
A smart way to plan your day
- Go Saturday morning for the shortest lines and the full lineup of makers.
- Sunday closes at 4 PM, so plan your last tastings earlier.
- Bring a tote bag. Chocolate adds up fast.

About the Northwest Chocolate Festival
The Northwest Chocolate Festival was created in 2008 by Brian Cisneros to showcase craft chocolate makers and educate chocolate lovers from all walks of life. Over the years it grew into one of the best-known gatherings of artisan chocolate makers in North America, with bean-to-bar makers, fair trade talks, culinary demonstrations, and one of the largest education programs of any chocolate event. In 2014 the festival also launched the Chocolate Makers UnConference, an industry conference for the people behind the bars. The 2026 edition brings together more than 100 chocolate and cacao businesses from around the world, and we're proud to be one of them.
