Ingredients:
- 3 Ceremonial Cacao coins
- 2 tbsp Hot water
- 1/2 cup frozen Blueberries
- 1 Banana
- 1/4 cup Oats
- 8 Almonds

Procedure:
- Place the cacao coins in a cup, add a bit of the hot water just to cover.
- Let it sit for 1 min, stir.
